Grace

God made it my name because I need it so badly.

Jennifer Grace is an experienced educator, operations director, and nonprofit executive with nearly three decades of leadership across education, event production, hospitality, and community service. As a wife and mother for over thirty years, she draws profound insight from the roles of nurturer, collaborator, and lifelong learner—experiences that ground her commitment to fostering resilience, empathy, and personal growth in others.

She holds a BS in Public Affairs and an MA in Social and Public Policy, complemented by extensive training in performing arts and religious studies. Early in her career, Jennifer produced dozens of theatrical productions and large-scale events, harnessing dance, music, and spoken word to tell stories that bridge divides and illuminate shared human truths.

Her professional journey includes more than a decade in operations direction: managing a renowned Renaissance festival in Upstate New York, where she oversaw event logistics, vendor coordination, staff training, and high-volume guest experiences; and directing daily operations for an inn and restaurant on Martha's Vineyard, handling seasonal staffing, guest relations, inventory, and community engagement in a remote, high-traffic island setting.

Today, Jennifer serves as Executive Director of a Christian nonprofit dedicated to supporting women and families, while teaching sociology and adult education courses at her local community college. Through intuitive energy reading, empathetic instruction, and evidence-based facilitation, she guides individuals and groups toward clarity, self-understanding, and their highest potential—always with compassion and a focus on practical transformation.

A native of the historic Burned-Over District in Upstate New York—a region steeped in reform movements, spiritual inquiry, and unconventional thinking—Jennifer continues to explore themes of truth-seeking, resilience, and human connection. Her forthcoming nonfiction book, Light on the Darkest Night: The True Story of a Conspiracy Realist (the first in the Mahota Tales series), blends family memoir, historical reflection, and cultural critique, drawing from her grandmother’s life as a Dust Bowl survivor, migrant worker, and independent thinker.
